📋

Quotations & Scope

Quotations and proposals are based on information available at the time and may need revision if project scope or requirements change.

🤝

Client Responsibilities

Clients may need to provide approvals, content, access, credentials, feedback and timely communication for project execution.

đŸ› ī¸

Service & Support Boundaries

Hosting, domain, third-party tools, delivery timelines, revisions and support depend on agreed scope, approvals and operational factors.

1

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Zeroknot Infotech website at zeroknot.in and related business interactions with Zeroknot Infotech.

By accessing the website, contacting Zeroknot Infotech, requesting a quotation, submitting an enquiry, or engaging Zeroknot for any service, you agree to these terms to the extent applicable to your interaction or engagement.

Depending on the nature of a project or service, additional project-specific terms, proposals, invoices, written confirmations or service agreements may also apply alongside this general terms page. Where there is a conflict, any written project-specific agreement or invoice accepted by both parties will generally take precedence for that specific engagement.

â„šī¸ These terms are written for general business guidance and should be read alongside any specific proposal or confirmation you receive from Zeroknot.
2

Use of the Website

Users may browse Zeroknot Infotech’s website to access information about services, contact options and business details. In using this website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, its systems, or connected infrastructure
  • Copy, extract, scrape, exploit or reproduce website content in an unlawful or harmful manner
  • Submit misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or deliberately incorrect enquiries or contact submissions
  • Use the website for spam activity, malicious code distribution, or any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the normal function, security or availability of the website

Zeroknot Infotech may update, modify, suspend or change website content, features or pages at any time without prior notice and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the website.

3

Enquiries, Consultations & Communication

Users may contact Zeroknot Infotech through website forms, email, phone, WhatsApp or other agreed communication channels to discuss services, share requirements or request information.

Please note that:

  • Submitting an enquiry or initiating contact does not automatically create a binding service agreement between the user and Zeroknot Infotech
  • Zeroknot may request additional information, clarification or business context before confirming scope, feasibility or pricing
  • Users and prospective clients should provide accurate, complete and honest contact and requirement details when reaching out
  • Service discussions, consultations, clarifications and feasibility reviews are part of the pre-agreement process and do not constitute confirmed project commitments unless confirmed in writing or via invoice
  • Zeroknot reserves the right to decline any enquiry or service request at its discretion without being obligated to provide detailed reasons in all cases
4

Quotations, Proposals & Estimates

Quotations, proposals, pricing discussions and scope estimates provided by Zeroknot Infotech are based on the project information, requirements and context shared by the client at that point in time.

  • If project scope, required features, integrations, page count, content volume, technical complexity, support expectations or timeline requirements change after a quotation is issued, the pricing or delivery schedule may need to be revised accordingly
  • Estimates and quotations represent the scope discussed at the time of issuance and should not be treated as unlimited-scope commitments
  • Specific deliverables, payment milestones, revision allowances and timelines may be confirmed separately via written communication, invoice, proposal document or project discussion
  • Verbal estimates shared in initial conversations should be treated as indicative only until confirmed in a formal written proposal or invoice
📌 Clients are encouraged to review and confirm the agreed scope clearly before project commencement to avoid misunderstandings about deliverables or pricing.
5

Service Scope & Project Execution

Zeroknot Infotech provides a range of services including but not limited to website development, WordPress development, ecommerce website development, web hosting assistance, domain registration support, business email setup, software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, graphics and branding, CCTV and security, IT support and AMC, cloud infrastructure and networking solutions.

Regarding service execution:

  • The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and support structure for each engagement depends on what is agreed for that specific project or service
  • Project timelines and delivery schedules may depend on client approvals, content availability, access sharing, technical requirements, integration dependencies and third-party provider behaviour
  • Zeroknot may use internal workflows, software tools, freelancers, subcontractors or technical partners where operationally required while remaining responsible for service coordination as applicable to the agreed scope
  • Services are provided based on the operational understanding and technical context available at the time of execution
6

Client Responsibilities

For successful project execution and timely delivery, clients may be responsible for providing the following where applicable to their service:

  • Correct and complete contact information, business details and project requirements
  • Logos, text content, product descriptions, pricing information, images, documents or reference materials required for the project
  • Timely approvals, feedback and revision confirmations at agreed project stages
  • Domain, hosting, server panel, admin, email, app store or platform access credentials where required for setup, deployment or migration
  • Confirmation of final deliverables and acceptance before or at project handover
  • Lawful ownership of, or appropriate permission to use, any materials, images, content, trademarks or intellectual property shared with Zeroknot for use in the project

Delays in approvals, content delivery, access sharing or required feedback from the client may result in corresponding delays to project timelines and delivery schedules. Zeroknot will not be held solely responsible for timeline overruns that arise directly from client-side delays.

7

Client Content, Materials & Usage Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring the legality, accuracy and usage rights of all text, images, product data, trademarks, media files, documents, designs and other materials they provide to Zeroknot Infotech for use in their project.

  • Zeroknot does not assume legal or commercial responsibility for client-supplied content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, violates applicable laws, or contains inaccurate or misleading information
  • Clients warrant that they have the right to use and share all content and materials provided to Zeroknot for project execution purposes
  • Zeroknot may decline to use content that is clearly inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory or otherwise unsafe for deployment on a business website or digital asset

This clause is particularly relevant for ecommerce websites, product catalogues, branding projects, digital marketing campaigns and any content-heavy development work.

8

Hosting, Domain, Business Email & Technical Access

Where hosting, domain registration, business email setup, migration, DNS configuration or related technical services form part of the agreed scope, the following conditions apply:

  • Zeroknot may require access to hosting control panels, domain registrar accounts, DNS settings, website admin areas, email server configurations or related technical systems to carry out the agreed work
  • Hosting, domain, SSL, email and related services are also subject to the terms, availability, pricing and technical limitations of their respective third-party providers
  • Zeroknot cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime, performance or availability where services depend on third-party hosting providers, domain registrars, email platforms or infrastructure outside Zeroknot’s direct control
  • Clients are encouraged to maintain backup copies of important data and update sensitive access credentials as appropriate for their security
  • Domain registrations remain subject to registry rules, availability and renewal obligations; clients are responsible for timely domain renewals unless a specific managed renewal arrangement has been agreed
9

Third-Party Tools, Platforms & External Services

Zeroknot’s work may involve or integrate with third-party tools, platforms and services. These may include hosting control panels, domain registrars, business email providers, payment gateways, analytics platforms, WordPress themes and plugins, APIs, SaaS services, cloud providers, app stores and external integrations.

  • Third-party services remain subject to their own terms of service, privacy policies, pricing structures and technical availability, which may change independently of Zeroknot
  • Zeroknot is not responsible for independent decisions, outages, suspensions, policy changes, pricing revisions or feature changes made by third-party providers after project delivery
  • The long-term behaviour, compatibility and availability of third-party tools (including WordPress plugins and themes) can change over time due to platform updates, developer decisions or policy changes outside Zeroknot’s control
  • Where third-party premium tools, licenses, subscriptions or paid services are required for a project, associated costs may be additional unless explicitly confirmed as included in writing
10

Revisions, Change Requests & Additional Scope

Revisions and refinements are a normal part of project delivery and Zeroknot aims to handle reasonable revisions constructively within the agreed scope.

  • Revisions within the agreed scope and description of the project will be handled based on what was discussed and confirmed at the time of the agreement or proposal
  • Requests for repeated structural redesigns, significant layout changes, new features not in the original scope, additional pages, new integrations, advanced functionality or substantial content additions may require additional time and may be quoted separately
  • Work that has been completed in good faith based on approved instructions, confirmed briefs or provided content may not always be reversible without additional time and effort — particularly after development, design production or deployment stages have been reached
  • Change requests should be communicated clearly in writing so that scope and any cost implications can be assessed and confirmed before additional work proceeds
💡 Clear, consolidated feedback at review stages helps avoid scope confusion and keeps projects on track for both parties.
11

Payments, Billing & Commercial Terms

Payment terms may vary depending on the service type, project scope, package or invoice arrangement confirmed with Zeroknot. General commercial terms include:

  • Zeroknot may require advance payment, milestone-based payment or full payment depending on the type and scale of service — as communicated in the relevant proposal or invoice
  • Work commencement, deployment, account setup, handover or continued support may depend on timely payment clearance as applicable to the engagement
  • Applicable taxes, third-party costs, domain charges, hosting fees, premium plugin or theme licenses, advertising budgets or additional software costs may be separate and additional unless explicitly confirmed as included in the written scope
  • Delayed payment, non-payment or payment disputes may affect project timelines, handover scheduling, deployment or access to ongoing support and services
  • Zeroknot will communicate payment-related issues reasonably before taking any action that impacts service delivery
12

Delivery, Handover & Support Scope

Project delivery and handover timelines may depend on completion of development and design, client approvals and testing, access provision, payment status and any dependencies raised during the project.

  • Post-delivery support scope will vary depending on what was agreed in the original project, package, maintenance plan, AMC or specific support arrangement
  • Routine updates, content changes, security patches, third-party plugin conflicts, hosting issues, platform upgrades or future enhancement requests may require separate handling if not covered under an existing agreed support arrangement
  • Zeroknot provides post-handover assistance on a reasonable basis in line with agreed terms — clients requiring ongoing, structured support are encouraged to discuss a maintenance or AMC arrangement
📋 Clients should retain copies of all project files, login credentials, domain access and hosting account details after handover as part of good operational practice.
13

Marketing, SEO, Ads & Performance-Related Limitations

Where Zeroknot provides digital marketing, SEO, social media, paid advertising, content or lead generation services, the following limitations apply:

  • Digital marketing, SEO and advertising outcomes are influenced by many external factors including market competition, industry, search engine algorithm changes, platform policy updates, client budget, content quality and audience behaviour
  • Zeroknot may provide strategic, execution and optimisation support, but does not guarantee specific search rankings, precise traffic volumes, exact lead counts, conversion rates or revenue outcomes unless explicitly confirmed in a specific written performance model
  • Timelines for measurable digital marketing outcomes may vary based on competition levels, content output, budget, platform behaviour and industry norms
  • Ad spends, platform fees and third-party marketing tool costs are typically separate from Zeroknot’s service fee unless explicitly included in writing
14

Refusal, Suspension or Termination of Service

Zeroknot Infotech reserves the right to refuse, pause or discontinue certain work or communication where reasonably necessary. This may include situations where:

  • The requested activity appears unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or clearly unsafe
  • A client repeatedly fails to provide required information, approvals, access or payment, making it operationally unfeasible to continue
  • There is misuse of support channels, abusive communication directed at Zeroknot’s team, or unreasonable operational disruption
  • Technical or third-party limitations make the requested service no longer feasible to deliver as originally specified
  • An agreement to proceed has not been reached or is no longer valid

Where feasible, Zeroknot will communicate concerns or issues before taking action that affects an ongoing client relationship.

15

Limitation of Liability

Zeroknot Infotech aims to provide its services with reasonable care, professional attention and practical business focus. However, to the extent applicable under general business terms:

  • Zeroknot’s liability in connection with any service, project or interaction is limited to the reasonable scope of its direct obligations under the relevant engagement
  • Zeroknot is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or third-party losses arising from matters outside its reasonable control, including third-party platform failures, external outages, client-caused delays, incorrect information provided by the client, policy changes by third-party providers, or unauthorized changes made to delivered assets by the client or others
  • Losses arising from cyber incidents, data breaches, hosting failures, domain disputes or security incidents that occur through third-party platforms or services not directly managed by Zeroknot are not attributable to Zeroknot
  • Clients using delivered websites, software, applications or infrastructure are responsible for their own operational decisions, security practices and ongoing maintenance after handover
âš–ī¸ These limitations are reasonable for a general business terms page. Project-specific liability may be addressed separately in formal proposals or written agreements where applicable.
16

Related Policies

Use of the Zeroknot Infotech website or services may also be subject to related policies and pages where applicable, including:

  • Privacy Policy — governing how user and client information is handled
  • Refund Policy — covering payment-related conditions where applicable
  • Disclaimer — providing general limitation of information guidance
  • Project-Specific Proposals or Invoices — written agreements applicable to individual service engagements

Where a separate written agreement exists for a specific project or service, that agreement will generally govern the specific engagement alongside these general terms.

17

Changes to These Terms

Zeroknot Infotech may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to services, business operations, website functionality or applicable practices.

Updated terms will be posted on this page at zeroknot.in/terms-and-conditions/ with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the website or engagement with Zeroknot after updated terms are posted constitutes general acknowledgement of those updates for subsequent interactions.
